NSA and Porn

With all the news about the NSA listening to our phone calls, and monitoring our internet use and email. Then add to that the two billion dollar data collection site they are building in Utah. Also consider the type of people we get in government, slimy types like Dick Cheney and Eric Holder. Add it all up and you realize what they are doing, Building the worlds largest digital porn collection in Utah. Come to Utah for the weather, stay for the Porn!

Sometimes, in fact many times, something in the news catches my attention. Today it was the California Supreme Court and a ruling on the Good Samaritain Law. Now I dont have all the details but it seems some woman was injured by a co-worker who tried to remove her from a wrecked auto. She sued the co-worker and won the suit on the basis of her being harmed in the act of attempting to help her instead of waiting for professional assistance. Now its unfortunate that she was hurt but I have several questions. First is who is really at fault? Like who was driving the vehicle that was wrecked, was it her? Or would she have sued anyone who helped regardless of the outcome. Maybe she would have sued the firemen as well? But it seems to me what the California Supreme Court has done is make anyone liable who helps another, if things do not go 100%. So if I help someone and things go well, can I sue them for the service as well as be sued if things do not go well? I work in a helping profession and all this type of thing does is make me nervous. Maybe I should not help at all and not risk the law suit? But one thing for sure...
